I felt a bit nostalgic when i got to see the Space Shuttle Enterprise , slowy glide over downtown N.Y this morning, on its way to retirement. I can remeber vividly where i was when i saw the Space shuttle "Challenger" explode. I was walking on roosevelt ave in Queens on my way to some school i hated. I happen to look into one of the store windows i was passing and there was a t.v playing what looked to be what i thought was the outer rockets releasing from the main ship. However the smoke was all that was left of that ship. Most tradgedies advance technology however it happened more than once so i guess the obvous chice for them was to try a new design. So out with the old and in with the new as they say. Anyway it was cool to see the shuttle on its way to retirement on the intrepid. it was cool to be caught in a New York moment.
